Flowcase sells digital downloadable artwork, some of which is created or enhanced using AI tools. By purchasing from Flowcase, you understand that your order will be delivered digitally and that no physical items will be shipped.

 

SECTION 1 – ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or country of residence.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including copyright laws).

You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or destructive code.

A breach of these Terms may result in immediate termination of your access to our Services.


SECTION 2 – GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You understand that your content (not including payment information) may be transferred unencrypted over various networks. Payment information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without our express written permission.

 

SECTION 3 – PRODUCT INFORMATION

Flowcase sells digital products only. No physical products will be shipped.

Product previews and descriptions are provided for guidance only. Colors and visual details may vary slightly due to device display differences.

 

SECTION 4 – DIGITAL DOWNLOAD DELIVERY

After payment is completed, your digital files will be made available for instant download.

It is your responsibility to ensure your device and software can open the file formats provided.


SECTION 5 – NO REFUNDS

All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital goods, Flowcase does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.

If a file is damaged or corrupted, we will manually resend the correct file to you within 7 business days at no additional cost. This is the only resolution offered.

 

SECTION 6 – AI-GENERATED CONTENT

Some Flowcase artwork is created or enhanced using artificial intelligence tools. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and accept that AI-assisted design is part of our creative process.

 

SECTION 7 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Some content or links on our website may direct you to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the accuracy, content, or policies of those external sites.

 

SECTION 8 – PROHIBITED USES

You may not use our products for:

  • Any unlawful purpose

  • Reselling or redistributing without permission

  • Claiming authorship of the designs

  • Uploading to AI-training databases

  • Creating derivative works for commercial sale without a license agreement

 

SECTION 9 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

All products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

We are not liable for any damages, including loss of data, device issues, or incompatibility problems.
